mvAVE Programme:

​​

  • Compete in a Troupe setting

  • Consistent training in advanced techniques and performance style

  • Outstanding dancers will be given additional items as Solo/Duo/Trio or Ensemble of 6.​ 

  • Yearly overseas immersions to countries such as Korea, Japan, Bangkok and Taiwan.

  • Yearly performance in Theatres.

  • An excellent way to build up dancers' porftolio for Direct School Admission.

mvAVE is a subsidized programme (up to 50%) as our parent company, Dancepointe Academy, believes in providing stage and training opportunities to many with a lower cost structure and to be line with our Mission: ” Dance as An Education.”

MVAVE mini-KIDZ
(Born 2016-2017)

Registration Starts: 1:45 PM – 2:15 PM

Audition Time: 2:30 PM – 4.00 PM

Start 31st Oct 2022

*Note that there is no North East mvMini Kids for 2023. You can choose the North East mvSmall kids’s category which is older, and the dance standards have to be good enough to be selected. Alternatively, you may choose the West Team by Mr Taufiq for the correct age group.  The current 2022 mvMini team under Ms Dada will continue with current Monday class at Fernvale till Nov 2022 for the Dec Concert Performance.

MVAVE small-KIDZ
(Born 2014-2015)

For North-East Region Students

Registration Starts: 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Audition Time: 4:15 PM – 5:45PM

For South-West Region Students

Registration Starts: 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM

Audition Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

*Note that current 2022 team under Mr Taufiq who auditions for 2023 team will need to attend the Sunday class from 30th October 2022 to train with the new team by Ms Dada, while continue with current Friday class at Khatib till Nov 2022 for the Dec Concert Performance.

South West Team by Mr Taufiq Rosly

Start 29th Oct 2022

*Note that current 2022 mvSmall kids team under Mr DK who auditions for 2023 team will need to attend the Saturday class from October 2022 to train with the new team by Mr Taufiq, while continue with Friday class with Mr DK till Nov 2022 for the Dec Concert Performance.

Audition Time: 10:45 AM – 12:15PM

MVAVE Junior
(Born 2008-2010)

Registration Starts: 7:00 PM – 7:30PM

Audition Time: 7:45 PM – 9:15 PM

WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE

*Note that current 2022 mvJunior team under Mr Ray to attend the Sunday class ffor the Dec Concert Performance practice ftill end Nov.

**Important Notes:

​

A) Registration closes 15min before Audition time. Latecomers will not be admitted into the audition 

B) All parents are to leave the premises immediately after dropping off to avoid overcrowding

c) All participants have to use Covid Self Test within 24 hours that cover the Audition Start and end time .

d) North - East Audition slots are for students from Pasir Ris, Punggol, Sengkang, Sembawang & Khatib. 
e) South - West Audition slots are for students from ARC, Jcube, Hillion & Jurong 

 

Things to bring: 

1) Sports towel 

2) Clean shoes for use in the dance studio (for hygiene purpose) 

3) PayPal Payment notification via your email (do not need to print out)

4) Water Bottle

Pls email: mvave@5thavenue.com.sg on special appeal for another Audition Date or time. Only on the grounds of special reasons that the appeal will be successful.

For Kpop KIDZ and TEENS Competition Teams, Audition will be held in January 2023
