2024 Hiphop & Kpop Dance Concert Audition

The most anticipated 2024 Hip Hop and Kpop Dance Production is coming and will be at one of Singapore’s major dance theatres - NUS University Cultural Centre Theatre, boosting 500 audiences and advanced stage lighting. This concert themed "OLYMPICS"(for kids) & "MOVIES UNIVERSE"(for teens & adults) will once again give our dancers the invaluable opportunity to learn new choreographies and to perform on a professional stage.

Participation will be selected by AUDITION ONLY. 13 teachers of various training schedules are listed below.
IMPORTANT NOTES: You may choose up 2 auditions by different teachers. If you are shortlisted for 2 items, the teachers will only choose 1 concert item for you to perform.
The weekly training will start from July and end by December Concert date.
*Competition Team Students: You will be performing your competition piece for the concert. However, you are also allowed to join in any other concert items choreographed by any Teachers. There will be no extra participation fee for the competition students if they already have one other concert item.
If there is no other concert item, the participation fee is applicable.

If you are shortlisted for the Concert, Training Sessions are 1 - 1.5 hour/week. Training classes are not chargeable.
Participation Fee of $110.00 per dancer is required that includes:

Concert Costumes :
Costumes will be paid separately later on, according to the requirements of the teacher.
Concert Tickets :
All concert tickets will be payable and the sales will be launched one month before the show day. The price of one ticket ranges from $38 - $48.
Concert Training Schedules and Rehearsals:

Start from July 2024: Training Sessions will be according to the schedules stated above and end by December concert date.

1st combine Technical Vetting day: 18th November Monday (between 1-8pm) for Kids / 20th or 21st November (between 5-10pm) for Teens/Adults at DPA AMK.

The Audition allows students to choose their favourite choreographer or vice versa to find dancers that fit the style!
If you are not selected, please do not be disappointed! We have yearly concerts. Work hard in your class and try again for the Audition!
