2025 Hiphop & Kpop Dance Concert Audition

The most anticipated 2025 Hip Hop and Kpop Dance Production is coming and will be at one of Singapore’s major dance theatres - NUS University Cultural Centre Theatre, boosting 500 audiences and advanced stage lighting. This concert themed "ENCORE!" will once again give our dancers the invaluable opportunity to learn new choreographies and to perform on a professional stage.

Participation will be selected by AUDITION ONLY. 12 teachers of various training schedules are listed below.

IMPORTANT NOTES: You may choose up 2 auditions by different teachers. If you are shortlisted for 2 items, the teachers will only choose 1 concert item for you to perform.
The weekly training will start from July and end by December Concert date.

Audition Fee is $10 per item only!

Audition registration closes on 10th May, 2025.
Audition Results will be released by 30th May 2025.
You will need to reply your acceptance or rejection for the selection by 10th June 2025.

If you are shortlisted for the Concert, Training Sessions are 1 - 1.5 hour/week. Training classes are highly subsidised.

Participation Fee of $180.00 per dancer is required that covers:

A high resolution digital copy of the Concert Video
Exclusive designed Concert T-shirt
Meals and Snacks
Part of training class fees

*Competition Team Students - You will be performing a reworked version of your competition piece for the concert. In addition, you're welcome to join any other concert items choreographed by our teachers.

There will be no additional participation fee if you are already part of at least one other concert item.
If you are not participating in any other item, the basic participation fee of $110.00 will apply.

Concert Costumes :

Costumes will be paid separately later on, according to the requirements of the teacher.

Concert Tickets :

All concert tickets will be payable and the sales will be launched one month before the show day. The price of one ticket ranges from $40 - $48.

Concert Training Schedules and Rehearsals:

Start from July 2025: Training Sessions will be according to the schedules stated above and end by December concert date.
1st combined Technical Vetting day: 25th November & 26th November 2025 for both Kids & Teens/Adults at DPA AMK.
2nd combined Technical Stage Rehearsal:

4th December 2025, Thursday (For Kids) at NUS University Cultural Centre Theatre, between 12pm - 10.30pm
6th December 2025, Saturday (For Teens & Adults) at NUS University Cultural Centre Theatre, between 12pm - 10.30pm

The Audition allows students to choose their favourite choreographer or vice versa to find dancers that fit the style!

If you are not selected, please do not be disappointed! We have yearly concerts. Work hard in your class and try again for the Audition!
